As a general rule, information will be supplied free of charge whether by hard copy or electronically.  However, if significant staff time is required to source and compile the required information, if several hard copies of documentation are required or if documentation is of significant bulk, then a charge may be applied.  Any such charge will be notified to the requestee before undertaking the requested work.
